Formerly doing all electrical and electronical works for Intergrafica and Ferrostaal Sermes signs in 2013 with Pasifik Trading A.Ş. an authorized service agreement.

We as Sermes signed with Pasifik Trading A.Ş. an authorized service agreement.  Beginning from 12th March of 2013 Sermes Electronik, who also gives service to other customers,  becomes the authorized service provider of Pasifik Trading A.Ş. – Manroland.

From this time Sermes Elektronik undertakes all mechanical and electric/ electronical mounting services, guarantee as well as normal service works including training. According to the agreement Sermes will get necessary support from Pasifik Trading. This support includes training of technical personnel at Manroland premisses if necessary, sharing spare part systems.

Mr. Şafak Okaygün from Pasifik Trading says in this matter: We are happy to sign this service agreement with Sermes Elektronik. The company serves for long years in this sector very succesfully and we believe that all Manroland machine owners as well will be satisfied with this cooperation. Our customers can call us or Sermes Elektronik and request a service at their printing house. We as Pasifik Trading will be always follow up that all their needs are always be fulfilled.
